TechyHunt accepts pitches from outside experts – people who have real, hands-on experience in the subjects we cover.

What fits

Your pitch must fit one of our four pillars:

• Business Tech / SaaS & Tools
• Cybersecurity / Privacy / VPN
• Tech How-To / Software / Gadgets
• Converter Tools

We do not accept pitches about SEO, link building, content marketing, email marketing, local services, jobs, or anything outside these pillars. We do not accept promotional pieces, thin rewrites of existing articles, or anything written to place a link.

Requirements

• Original and unpublished. Your piece must be written for TechyHunt, not published anywhere else first.
• Fact-checked. Every statistic needs a named source. No invented products, prices, or specifications.
• Practical. Show the reader how to do something or how to decide – not just what a product’s marketing page says.
• Honest conflicts. If you work for, or are paid by, a vendor you write about, say so in your pitch. Undisclosed conflicts are grounds for rejection.
• No AI filler. You may use tools for research and editing, but the piece must be your own work, checked by you.

Process

1. Pitch us through the Contact page: the topic, a short outline, and why you are qualified to write it (your experience, not your job title alone).
2. An editor replies – if the pitch fits, we agree the scope and the terms in writing before you start writing.
3. You write the draft. We edit it and fact-check it like any in-house piece, and we may ask for revisions or sources.
4. On publication, the piece is labeled Contributor in the byline, with your name and profile. It is never presented as in-house work.

Paid content is a different route

If you want to pay for placement, that is sponsored content, not a contribution. Sponsored content is labeled with a disclosure naming the sponsor, and its outbound links carry rel="sponsored". See the Advertising Policy. Do not pitch paid placement as a contribution.
